Before reprogramming

 

1- Approximately once per shift, a problem occurred on the palletizer.

2- Most of the time, no alarm or message was displayed.

3- Each time, the operator had to remove all the boxes from the machine.

4- Once empty, and after a reset, sometimes this equipment still refused to restart.
5- Then the operator gave a service call to the maintenance personnel.

 

After reprogramming

 

1- All the problems are diagnosed immediately.

2- If a faulty operation occurs, the operator corrects the problem on the line then makes the same correction on the operating interface. Going back in automatic mode restarts the equipment.

3- Creating a new palletization pattern takes approximately 30 minutes instead of approximately 8 hours with the original program.
